While fitting the electric fan to our van i discovered that there is a gap between the roof of the van and the roof lining. The fan also came with a nice grill which appears to fit to fresh air.
Time to roll out the CAD and fire up the Prusa

A reasonably simple design which matches the bolt hole pattern of the piece outside of the van as well as hole for the cable. The fins are an effort to straighten the air coming out of the fan.

Upside down but you can see how it will hold the grill at the same height as the roof lining. If I was todo it again I’d make a bit to attached the roof lining too. but its glued into the van so it ain’t coming out
