Sharpening a mincing machine cutter

A little bit of an oddball from our friends at Bannermans

Their mincer was getting a wee bit slow and tired so they asked me if I could help.

The mincing cutter as received which you can see is a wee bit worse for wear and a bit tarnished from cleaning chemicals

After a bit of work on the polisher to remove the tarnish and then onto the DMT plate for a wee bit to get new cutting surfaces

The finished cutter with its mating half which also had a quick clean up.
